Mini CELTA Course in Communicative Methodology

This course is intended for all teachers of English at primary, secondary and language schools, and is suitable for both inexperienced and experienced teachers. The course is focused on the communicative method of teaching English by using English and will provide you with a variety of ideas, methods and learning activities which will help you prepare and deliver lessons in an engaging and enjoyable way. The course is divided into five thematic blocks of five lessons each (a total of 25 teaching hours), taught in the Cloverleaf Primary School building. All lessons are taught in English.

The course is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the system of further education of pedagogical staff (ref. MSMT- 9039/2020-2-231). Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course, for which the condition is 100% attendance. A prerequisite for participation in the course is knowledge of English at B2+ level or above.

The teachers of the course are Gabriela Martinásková and Dale Searle.

Friday     16.5.2025 (14:30-18:30)

Saturday 17.5.2025 (8:00-12:00)

Sunday   18.5.2025 (8:00 – 12:00)

Friday      23.5.2022 (14:30-18:30)

Saturday  24.5.2019 (8:00–12:00)

Spaces are limited to a maximum number of 15 participants.

Price: CZK 3,500 per participant (the price includes 25 teaching hours of professional lessons, materials and refreshments).
